FDR is an old format and is not supported by Screenplay. Please use the FDX format, which is the new XML based format that is supported by Screenplay.

Screenplay for iPhone and iPad supports importing and exporting FDX and formatted TXT files.

Screenplay app is supported by Final Draft 8 and above only.

Click "Characters" button on top bar and click "Add" button.
Then enter name and click Done.
