We have discontinued the Manuscript app in the beginning of 2016. It is no longer sold or supported. To access your files, you can unzip them with any ZIP capable software like unrar, unzip and 7-zip. Once unzipped, the file name will suit the file (in their zip form they appear encrypted, but they are not).
