Yes, its possible to use own photos as pictures in your plans.

To do this, create a Custom Object in Decorate with the specified length and height, plus a small width.

Once you're at the Interior screen, place this object in the room you want to use it in. Select it and press Modify.

Once the popover 'Change Material' appears, select the photo you want to use.
